Unica was established in 2001 as a buy & build project in the industrial cleaning sector in Spain. Unica acquired four companies; with over 12,000 employees and offices in Algeciras, Barcelona, Cádiz, Granada, Madrid, Las Palmas, Sevilla, Valencia, Valladolid, Vigo and Zaragoza. Unica predominantly provided services to the hospital sector, shopping centres, industry and offices.
Unica was exited in favour of ISS in 2004.
