Álvaro is a Director at Corpfin Capital. He has more than ten years of experience in the Private Equity industry. He began his career in 2013 as an Analyst in MCH Private Equity. Subsequently, he joined as an Associate in Three Hills Capital Partners, reaching the position of Investment Manager. In 2021, he joined Corpfin Capital as a Principal. He has participated in numerous transactions in the technology, food, consumer, and industrial sectors.
Álvaro holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI in Madrid.
He has served as a board member of JR Sabater, Grúas Fuentes, Kids&Us and Grupo 5.
Alejandra is a Principal in the Fund Administration department. In 2016 he began his professional career in auditing at Deloitte in the Financial Services and Capital Markets department. In 2018 she joined Corpfin Capital as a Fund Administration Associate.
She holds a bilingual degree in Economy and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an Auditing, Accounting and Capital Markets Program from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
Alberto is Managing Partner at Corpfin Capital. He has over twenty years of experience in private equity and has played an active role in the development of numerous business projects across the food, healthcare, industrial and services sectors. He began his career in Corporate Finance at Santander Investment in 1997, where he led the execution team in Spain. In 2006, he joined Corpfin Capital as Investment Director, progressing through the firm to his current position.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) and a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF in Madrid.
He is/has been a board member of Babaria, Mediterráneo, Agrosana, Global 3, Ingesport, Secna, Palex and Barna.
Iñigo is a Principal at Corpfin Capital. He holds seven years of combined experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking. Iñigo started his career in the M&A team at Greenhill from 2017 to 2021, when he joined Macquarie Asset Management (formerly MIRA) as an Investment Associate based in London. He joined Corpfin Capital in 2023 as an Associate. Iñigo has taken part of several transactions in the telecommunications, industrial, education and infrastructure sectors.
He holds a joint degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3), Madrid.
He has served as a board member of Berioska and Agrosana.
Ecaterina is the Funds Administration Director at Corpfin Capital. Before joining Corpfin Capital in 2018, she worked as an auditor of Financial Institutions at Deloitte for six years, during which she was the auditor of Corpfin Capital for five years.
She holds a Degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, an Auditing and Management Development Program from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and she is a Financial Regulation and Risk expert from Universidad de Navarra.
Antonio is a Director at Corpfin Capital. He has more than ten years of experience in the Private Equity industry. He began his career in 2014 as a Consultant in the Business Advisory Services in EY. Subsequently in 2015 he joined Nazca Capital as an Analyst, reaching the position of Investment Director. In 2022 he joined Corpfin Capital. He has participated in numerous buy-out transactions in the industrial, technology, engineering, audiovisual, food and consumer sectors.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Carlos III, Madrid.
He has served as a board member of Babaria, Mediterráneo, Grupo Versus and Agrosana.
Gorka is Managing Partner at Corpfin Capital. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in private equity, having been actively involved in the development of numerous business projects across the restaurant, industrial, automotive, consumer and services sectors. He started his career in Corporate Banking at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he worked for three years as an Assistant Manager. In 2000, he joined Corpfin Capital as an Associate and has since developed his career within the firm to his current position.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Barcelona and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto in Bilbao.
He is/has been a board member of Grupo Montplet, Elastorsa, El Fornet, Arenal Perfumerías, Restauravia, Bravo Enterprises, Alco, Santa Monica Sports, Faeton, Ros Fotocolor and TMA.
Marcial es Principal de Corpfin Capital. Cuenta con seis años de experiencia combinada en banca de inversión y capital inversión. Inició su carrera en 2019 como Analista en el equipo de fusiones y adquisiciones de Goldman Sachs en Londres, donde llegó a ser Asociado, y en 2021 se incorporó a Corpfin Capital como Asociado. En su etapa en Londres, participó en múltiples transacciones de consumo, retail y salud en varios países Desde su entrada en Corpfin, ha participado activamente en el desarrollo de proyectos empresariales en sectores industriales y de servicios.

Beatriz es Directora de Relación con Inversores y ESG en Corpfin Capital. Cuenta con quince años de experiencia en la integración efectiva de la sostenibilidad en compañías multinacionales de distintos sectores. Inició su carrera en consultoría de sostenibilidad en Garrigues y continuó en PwC, donde llegó a ser Senior Manager, contribuyendo al posicionamiento de la firma en el sector de Private Equity en materia de sostenibilidad. Posteriormente se unió a la Dirección ESG de Iberdrola como responsable de Planificación y Análisis, hasta incorporarse a Corpfin Capital en 2024.
Beatriz es Ingeniera Agrónoma por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, certificada en ESG por CFA y cuenta con distintos posgrados en gestión empresarial y finanzas.

Paula es Principal de Corpfin Capital. Cuenta con ocho años de experiencia combinada en capital inversión y banca de inversión. Inició su carrera en 2017 como Analista en el equipo de financiación estructurada de Deutsche Bank en Londres y en 2019 se incorporó a Corpfin Capital como Asociada. Ha participado activamente en el desarrollo de proyectos empresariales en los sectores de industria, servicios y alimentación.
Es licenciada en Derecho y Administración y Dirección de Empresas por ICADE (E-3), Madrid.

Fernando es Socio Director de Corpfin Capital. Cuenta con más de veintidós años de experiencia en capital inversión, habiendo participado activamente en el desarrollo de numerosos proyectos empresariales en el sector tecnología, consumo, servicios e industria. Inició su carrera en banca de inversión, formando parte del equipo de Fusiones y Adquisiciones de Shroders y de Salomon Smith Barney (actualmente Citi), en Londres y Madrid. En 2002 se incorporó a Corpfin Capital como Asociado, desarrollando su carrera hasta su actual posición.
Tiene un MBA con mención de honor por el Instituto de Empresa (IE), y es licenciado en Derecho y Administración y Dirección de Empresas por ICADE (E-3).
