Álvaro is a Director at Corpfin Capital. He has more than ten years of experience in the Private Equity industry. He began his career in 2013 as an Analyst in MCH Private Equity. Subsequently, he joined as an Associate in Three Hills Capital Partners, reaching the position of Investment Manager. In 2021, he joined Corpfin Capital as a Principal. He has participated in numerous transactions in the technology, food, consumer, and industrial sectors.
He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI) in Madrid.
He is/has been a board member of JR Sabater, Grúas Fuentes, Kids&Us and Grupo 5.
Alejandra is a Principal in the Fund Administration department. She began her professional career in 2016 in audit at Deloitte within the Financial Services and Capital Markets department. In 2018, she joined Corpfin Capital as a Fund Administration Associate.
She holds a bilingual degree in Economics and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s in Auditing, Accounting and Capital Markets from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the University of Alcalá de Henares.
Alberto is Managing Partner at Corpfin Capital. He has over twenty years of experience in private equity and has played an active role in the development of numerous business projects across the food, healthcare, industrial and services sectors. He began his career in Corporate Finance at Santander Investment in 1997, where he led the execution team in Spain. In 2006, he joined Corpfin Capital as Investment Director, progressing through the firm to his current position.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) and a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF in Madrid.
He is/has been a board member of Babaria, Mediterráneo, Agrosana, Global 3, Ingesport, Secna, Palex and Barna.
Iñigo is a Principal at Corpfin Capital. He has over eight years of combined experience in private equity and banking. He began his career in investment banking in 2017 as part of the Greenhill team in Madrid, before joining Macquarie Asset Management (formerly MIRA) in 2021 as an Investment Associate in London. He joined Corpfin Capital in 2023. He has participated in transactions and business development projects across the telecommunications, industrial, agricultural, education, healthcare and infrastructure sectors.
He holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3) in Madrid.
He is/has been a board member of Berioska and Agrosana.
Ecaterina is Director of Fund Administration at Corpfin Capital. Prior to joining Corpfin Capital in 2018, she worked for six years as a Financial Institutions Auditor at Deloitte.
She holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master’s in Auditing and Executive Development from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a postgraduate qualification in Financial Regulation and Risk Management from the University of Navarra.
Antonio is Director at Corpfin Capital. He has over eleven years of experience in private equity. He began his career in 2014 in the Strategic Business Consulting division at EY. In 2015, he joined Nazca Capital as an Analyst, where his last position was Investment Director. In 2022, he joined Corpfin Capital, where he has participated in numerous business projects across sectors including industry, education, technology, agriculture and consumer goods.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Carlos III, Madrid.
He is/has been a board member of Babaria, Mediterráneo, Grupo Versus and Agrosana.
Gorka is Managing Partner at Corpfin Capital. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in private equity, having been actively involved in the development of numerous business projects across the restaurant, industrial, automotive, consumer and services sectors. He started his career in Corporate Banking at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he worked for three years as an Assistant Manager. In 2000, he joined Corpfin Capital as an Associate and has since developed his career within the firm to his current position.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Barcelona and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto in Bilbao.
He is/has been a board member of Grupo Montplet, Elastorsa, El Fornet, Arenal Perfumerías, Restauravia, Bravo Enterprises, Alco, Santa Monica Sports, Faeton, Ros Fotocolor and TMA.
Marcial is a Principal at Corpfin Capital. He has six years of combined experience in investment banking and private equity. He began his career in 2019 as an Analyst in the M&A team at Goldman Sachs in London, where he was promoted to Associate, and joined Corpfin Capital in 2021 as an Associate. During his time in London, he participated in multiple consumer, retail and healthcare transactions across several countries. Since joining Corpfin, he has been actively involved in the development of business projects in the industrial and services sectors.
He holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3) in Madrid.

Enrique is Director at Corpfin Capital. He has over twelve years of experience in private equity. He began his career in 2011 as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division at J.P. Morgan in London and joined Corpfin Capital in 2014 as an Associate. He has been actively involved in the development of numerous business projects across a range of sectors including industry, food, healthcare and consumer goods.
He holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3) in Madrid.

Beatriz is Director of Investor Relations and ESG at Corpfin Capital. She has fifteen years of experience in the effective integration of sustainability across multinational companies in different sectors. She began her career in sustainability consulting at Garrigues and later joined PwC, where she became Senior Manager and contributed to the firm’s positioning in the private equity sector on sustainability matters. She subsequently joined Iberdrola’s ESG Directorate as Head of Planning and Analysis, before joining Corpfin Capital in 2024.
She holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, is CFA ESG certified, and has completed several postgraduate programmes in business management and finance.

Paula is a Principal at Corpfin Capital. She has eight years of combined experience in private equity and investment banking. She began her career in 2017 as an Analyst in the Structured Finance team at Deutsche Bank in London and joined Corpfin Capital in 2019 as an Associate. She has been actively involved in the development of business projects in the industrial, services and food sectors.

Fernando is Managing Partner at Corpfin Capital. He has more than twenty-two years of experience in private equity and has actively contributed to the development of business projects across the technology, consumer, services and industrial sectors. He began his career in investment banking as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions teams at Schroders and Salomon Smith Barney (now Citi) in London and Madrid. In 2002, he joined Corpfin Capital as an Associate and has since progressed to his current position.
He holds an MBA with honours from IE Business School and degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3).
