Through this transaction, the amount of which has not been disclosed, Corpfin will control 51 percent of the capital of the Romanian group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is also the fourth investment made by Corpfin Capital Fund IV since it was raised last year, which has investment commitments amounting to \u20ac255 million. The three previous investments are the former<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpfincapital.com\/investment\/logiters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;FCC logistica (Logiters)<\/a>, el&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpfincapital.com\/investment\/grupo-preving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grupo Preving (dedicated to occupational risk prevention)<\/a>and<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpfincapital.com\/investment\/el-fornet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;El Fornet<\/a>&nbsp;(a Catalan chain specialised in bakeries and coffee shops).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the last financial year, the group achieved consolidated revenues of more than \u20ac50 million.
