With revenues of \u20ac85.2 million in 2015, 58 percent of its sales are exported outside Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current shareholders will remain in the company\u2019s shareholding, with a 45 percent stake. From Corpfin Capital they stated that \u201cwe will provide the expansion project with the necessary financial resources and more than 25 years of experience, fully trusting the management team that has made Elastorsa what it is today\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With<a href=\"https:\/\/www.larioja.com\/la-rioja\/201609\/02\/grupo-capital-riesgo-corpfin-20160902002955-v.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;this transaction<\/a>, the private equity fund adds another investment this year: the latest was in the healthcare technology group&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpfincapital.com\/la-familia-knuth-vende-la-mayoria-de-palex-a-corpfin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Palex Medical<\/a>, at the beginning of last June.
