Likewise, these acquisitions mark the entry of Grupo Preving into the Basque Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupo Preving will integrate the professionals from Asem and Inprein into its current workforce. This creates an excellent team focused on improving service through the optimisation of knowledge, experience and best practices contributed by each organisation. At present, the business holding includes the companies Egarsat Prevenci\u00f3n, Icese, Previmac and Prevenna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Group continues to work intensively on the development of its business project and therefore maintains several negotiations open. It will especially direct its investments towards regions where it seeks to establish a presence in order to complete its national coverage, although it also maintains a strong interest in integrating operators that strengthen its position in regions where its presence is already highly relevant, such as Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha, the Valencian Community or Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpfincapital.com\/investment\/grupo-preving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grupo Preving<\/a>&nbsp;is structured as a project in which its origin, present and future plans converge at a single point: Occupational Risk Prevention.
