Shortly after completing its entry into fishmeal producer Grupo Barna, the veteran Spanish private equity manager has closed a new investment. It is the&nbsp;<strong>mouldings and doors manufacturer&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.corpfincapital.com\/investment\/dimoldura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grupo Dimoldura<\/a><\/strong>, where it has taken a&nbsp;<strong>participaci\u00f3n mayoritaria<\/strong>&nbsp;majority stake in the shareholding and, therefore, control, according to the firm itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corpfin thus places its confidence in the prospects of an&nbsp;<strong>activity closely linked to construction and the real estate sector<\/strong>&nbsp;and, above all, in the potential of a company with more than 20 years of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A consolidation lever with Corpfin Capital<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since its inception in 1996, Dimoldura has become a benchmark in the production of coated profiles and mouldings. From 2014 onwards, the group also moved into door manufacturing with the acquisition of three companies:&nbsp;<strong>Puertas Carsal, Portadeza and Puertas Dimara<\/strong>. These additions have helped the&nbsp;<strong>group\u2019s revenue exceed \u20ac50 million and its workforce surpass 300 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, Corpfin\u2019s entry aims to give a new boost to Grupo Dimoldura. The fund\u2019s plans involve&nbsp;<strong>supporting its expansion through both business internationalisation<\/strong>&nbsp;and inorganic growth. In fact, the private equity firm states that it will seek opportunities to acquire companies that complement and add value to the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corpfin has carried out this new investment through its fourth private equity vehicle, closed in 2015 after raising \u20ac255 million, which still has capacity for further acquisitions.
