Founded in 1955 by the Knuth family, Palex<\/a> is the leading distributor of value-added MedTech equipment and medical solutions for hospitals and laboratories, in Spain and Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2016 Corpfin Capital<\/strong>acquired a majority stake in Palex<\/a>, becoming a minority stake in 2020 when Ergon invested in the company. Throughout these years Palex<\/a> has experienced strong organic and inorganic growth, having acquired 10 companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
